찬 바람이 부는 겨울철 피부는 보습이 아주 중요하다. 작성자의 경험으로는 수분공급이 잘 되지 않으면 얼굴에 좁살처럼 도들도들 하게 올라오고 잔주름도 생기고 각질도 당연히 생긴다. 저녁에 수분공급만 잘해줘도 다음날 아침 보송보송한 얼굴이 될 수 있다. 지금부터 나만의 겨울철 피부관리를 소개하겠다.^^  

첫번째로 철저한 세안~!

음.. 집에 있는 클렌징크림이나 오일로 닦아낸 다음,
클렌징젤로 깨끗하게 씻어내고,
끈적하지 않은 묽은 스킨을 화장솜에 묻혀, 얼굴에 골고루 두드리듯 한번 더 닦아낸다.


두번째 충분한 수분공급~!

먼저, 스킨 - 에센스 - 수분크림 - 유액(로션) - 영양크림 순으로 과하다 싶을 정도로 듬뿍 듬뿍 발라준다.
그리고, 일주일에 2~3회정도 "수분팩"을 해준다.
* 수분팩 : 얼굴 전체에 알로에젤을 듬뿍 얹어 젤이 피부에 스며들 때까지(10~20분) 있다가 화장솜에 스킨을 묻혀 얼굴에 남은 젤을 꼭꼭 찍어낸 다음, 다시 수분크림 - 로션 - 크림으로 마무리한다.


마지막 세번째는 자외선 차단~!

차단은 확실하게 하는게 좋겠다. 피부노화의 가장 큰 적은 자외선이라고 하니까ㅋ
기초화장 후, 썬크림 - 파운데이션 - 메이크업베이스 - 기호에 맞게 파우더나 투웨이 또는 스킨커버로 마무리!!
